    2. Use of the Service

    Muralist Hub is a directory that helps clients discover mural artists. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes, to provide accurate information when submitting forms, and not to interfere with the operation of the Service or attempt to access areas you are not authorized to use.

    3. Directory Disclaimer

    Muralist Hub is not the mural artist. We are an independent directory. Any agreement to commission, pay for, or perform mural work is solely between you and the artist. We do not set pricing, guarantee artist availability, supervise work performed, or warrant the quality, timeliness, or completion of any project. We do not act as an agent for either party.

    4. Intellectual Property

    All editorial content, logos, layouts, and original code on Muralist Hub are owned by Muralist Hub or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Artist portfolio images are owned by the respective artists and used with their permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.

    5. User-Generated Content

    If you submit content to the Service (for example, a quote request, an artist profile, portfolio images, or a review), you represent that you own or have the rights to that content and grant Muralist Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute it as part of the Service.

    6. Third-Party Links

    The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.

    7. Advertising Disclaimer

    Muralist Hub displays advertisements via Google AdSense and may participate in other advertising networks. Advertisers do not endorse, and are not endorsed by, Muralist Hub. We are not responsible for the products, services, or content of third-party advertisers.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muralist Hub and its officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service or any project arranged through the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Muralist Hub from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your interaction with any artist or client, or your violation of these Terms.

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.

    We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
